How can I forget; you, be forgotten?
Not while there is earth and heaven
Not while I still control my reason.
Through veiled time, you saw me
Against all odds, made me glee.
Sensible in all respect, that’s you
Who can take your place, no clue.
Your name not written on the sands of time
But forever in this heart of mine.
These words too few to picture
Of knowing you, my greatest pleasure.
