These bleeding words on my heart
Smeared by cupid’s dart
Are proof enough to show my intent
Of this feeling, I wish not repent.
For such a feeling as this
I would gladly fight the devil
For such a beautiful kiss
I’ll go past ‘be careful’
For today is as sweet as a kiss
Oh today, none like this.
Let me run away
To where I’d escape these darts
Let me sing your praise
Through this blissful night; all my days.
My ears say I am not alone
The silence confirm my clearest fear
I have no weapon, nothing but a stone
How can you say that love is fair?
